Observations et histoire de la classification de la description
Homonym of arabica Rebel. Replaced by azvaki by Carcasson & Ackery (1981) without further description. Gabriel (1954) classifies arabica as a valid subspecies. The current position in the Pierre & Bernaud (2014) catalog is to classify azvaki as a subspecies of doubledayi Guérin-Méneville.
